Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, materials and construction, classification, requirements, test frequency and markings of rubber and plastic hoses and hose assemblies used in gas stations for metering and dispensing fuel oil with the function of oil vapor recovery. This standard is applicable to the metered and distributed fuel oil (including oxygen-containing Oxygenated fuel oil with compound not more than 15%) Rubber and plastic hoses and hose assemblies. This standard does not apply to multi-lumen fuel distribution hoses.
