This standard specifies the technical requirements for Fen-flavor liquor products. This standard is applicable to distilled liquor with compound aroma mainly composed of ethyl acetate, which is brewed from grains, etc. through saccharification, fermentation, distillation, storage, and blending. This standard does not apply to low-alcohol Fen-flavor liquor below 40 degrees.
