Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. for computer liquid crystal displays (hereinafter referred to as products). This standard applies to flat-panel liquid crystal displays for computers. Other flat panel displays can also be implemented with reference.
