Scope
This standard specifies the inspection method for Bacillus cereus in food. The first method of this standard is applicable to the counting of Bacillus cereus in food samples with high content of Bacillus cereus; the second method is applicable to the counting of Bacillus cereus in food samples with low content of Bacillus cereus.
