Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, process selection principles, pretreatment, membrane treatment and reuse requirements for textile wastewater treatment by membrane method. This standard is applicable to textile enterprises that adopt wastewater membrane treatment and reuse technology, and can be used as the technical basis for enterprises to discharge wastewater up to standard and reuse it in production. The membrane separation methods referred to in this standard include membrane biological (MBR) method, microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis membrane treatment methods.
