Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, the list of major hazards, the safety requirements and/or protective measures, the verification and use information of the safety requirements and/or protective measures in the safety requirements of the tire shaping vulcanizing machine (hereinafter referred to as the vulcanizing machine). This standard does not include the safety requirements related to the design of the feeding system, unloading system, related auxiliary equipment (such as conveying equipment, etc.) and the exhaust system, and the danger caused by the fall of the mold set or mold parts. This standard is applicable to the crank-link type vulcanizing press (referred to as mechanical vulcanizing press) and hydraulic vulcanizing press for vulcanizing pneumatic tire casings. This standard does not apply to vulcanizers produced before the implementation date of this standard.
