Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of salted sea cucumbers. This standard applies to salted sea cucumber products made from fresh sea cucumber (Stichepus japonicus) through processes such as evisceration, cleaning, pre-cooking, salting, and draining.
