Scope
This standard specifies the terms and symbols, calculation methods, classifications, models, basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of target flowmeters for chemical industry. This standard applies to target flowmeters (hereinafter referred to as flowmeters) that measure Newtonian fluid flow in closed pipes.
