GB/T 30084-2013
Scope
This standard specifies the construction, marking and test requirements for portable fuel cell power generation systems. Such fuel cell systems are mobile and not fixed. The purpose of the portable fuel cell power generation system is to generate electricity. This standard applies to AC and DC portable fuel cell power generation systems for indoor or outdoor use with a rated output voltage not exceeding 600 V (AC) or 850 V (DC). Such portable fuel cell power generation systems should not be used in hazardous locations specified in IEV 426-03-01, unless additional protective measures are installed on the system according to IEC 60079-0:2007. This standard does not apply to portable fuel cell power generation systems that are: a) permanently connected (hardwired) to a power distribution system; b) permanently connected to a public fuel distribution system; c) supplying power to the grid; d) providing power to road vehicles ;e) Used on civil airliners. Fuel cells that charge the batteries of hybrid vehicles (where the batteries provide vehicle power and energy) are outside the scope of this standard. The following fuels and fuel raw materials are within the scope of this standard: -- natural gas; -- liquefied petroleum gas, such as propane and butane; -- liquid alcohol, such as methanol and ethanol; -- gasoline; -- diesel; -- kerosene; -- - hydrogen; - metals (such as Mg, Al or Zn) or alloys impregnated in an electrolyte (such as an aqueous salt solution or an aqueous alkali solution) in an air or oxygen atmosphere; - hydrides. This standard does not exclude the use of similar fuels or non-air source oxidants, provided that their specific hazards are listed through additional requirements.
