Scope
This part of GB/T 27748 specifies the operational performance and environmental impact of stationary fuel cell power generation systems (hereinafter referred to as power generation systems). This section applies to the following test methods: - power output under specified operating conditions and transient conditions; - power generation efficiency and thermal efficiency under specified operating conditions; - environmental characteristics: for example, under specified operating conditions and transient conditions Gas emissions, noise, etc. under variable working conditions; - This standard does not provide electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) tests. This section does not apply to small stationary polymer fuel cell power generation systems with an output power of less than 10 kW. IEC 62282-3-201, which has not yet been issued, is applicable to this type of system. Due to the different types and applications of fuel cells, as well as the different forms of input and output fluid substances and energy, the power generation system can have different subsystems. However, in order to evaluate the power generation system, this section defines a general system diagram and boundaries (see Figure 1). To determine the test boundary for power generation systems, the following conditions are considered: - all energy recovery systems are included within the test boundary; - any type of electrical energy storage device is considered outside the test boundary; - input fuel (such as natural gas , propane gas, pure hydrogen, etc.) is calculated based on its state at the boundary of the power generation system.
