This section specifies the details of the tests required to verify that conventional sound level meters, integrated average sound level meters and integrated sound level meters comply with all required specifications given in GB/T 3785.1-2010. This section applies to each channel of the multi-channel sound level meter. The tests and test methods apply to Class 1 and Class 2 sound level meters. Its purpose is to ensure that all testing laboratories can use a consistent method to perform type evaluation tests.
