- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, energy consumption statistics and calculation methods of general Portland cement unit product energy consumption (abbreviated as energy consumption) quota. This standard is applicable to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption of general Portland cement production enterprises, as well as the energy consumption control of new projects.
