This standard specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope and calculation method, energy-saving management and measures for the limit of energy consumption per unit product of general Portland cement (referred to as energy consumption). This standard is applicable to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption of general Portland cement production enterprises, as well as the energy consumption control of new projects.
