Scope
This standard specifies the safety requirements and/or measures, verification, use information and user responsibilities that should be complied with in the design and manufacture of pipe benders. This standard applies to coiled pipe benders bent in cold state, including mechanical pipe benders, hydraulic pipe benders, numerical control pipe benders, small-radius pipe benders and auxiliary devices such as loading and unloading that may be included; not applicable For special pipe benders, auxiliary equipment for pipe benders, such as sawing, pipe end forming, testing and other machinery or devices, and production lines composed of special pipe benders.
