- This part of GB/T 16856 specifies the general principles expected to achieve the risk reduction objectives given in Chapter 5 of GB/T 15706.1-2007. These principles integrate the knowledge and Experience in order to evaluate various risks in the life cycle of the machine. This section gives guidance on the information required for risk assessment, and specifies the procedures for identifying hazards, assessing and assessing risks. This standard also gives guidance on the types of documentation required to make decisions about the safety of machinery and to verify a completed risk assessment. This section does not apply to risks to poultry, property or the environment.
