Scope
This standard specifies the design and calculation, raw material parent pipe, manufacturing process, bend performance, testing and inspection of bends made of carbon steel and low alloy steel seamless steel pipes and welded steel pipes using induction heating bending processes in oil and gas pipeline transportation systems. , marking, transportation, storage and protection requirements. Elbows made according to this standard are suitable for transporting natural gas that meets the temperament requirements of GB 17820, crude oil that meets the oil quality requirements of SY 7513, and refined oil that meets the current national product standards. This standard specifies three grades of steel induction heating elbows in Table 1 based on the requirements of GB/T 9711.
