Scope

This guiding technical document stipulates the process methods and coating quality inspection for electroplating tin-bismuth alloy on copper and copper alloy parts and steel parts. This guiding technical document is applicable to the electroplating of tin-bismuth alloy on aviation product parts (assemblies). Non-aviation product parts (assemblies) can be used as a reference.
