- Scope
- This standard specifies the safety technical requirements and measures for shearing machines. This standard applies to shearing machines and their auxiliary devices for cutting metal sheets or other sheets (such as cardboard, plastic, rubber, leather, etc.). This standard does not apply to non-linear shears and crocodile shears.
