Scope

Persons, fixed equipment and fixed materials in the vicinity of electrical equipment shall be protected against the harmful effects of heat accumulation or heat radiation generated by electrical equipment, in particular the following effects: burning or aging of materials; risk of burns; damage to installed equipment security function.
