Scope
This part of GB/T 6075 gives the criteria for evaluating the vibration level during on-site measurement, which is applicable to units with a power greater than 15 kW and an operating speed of 120 r/min to 15 000 r/min. The machines covered by this standard are: - steam turbines with a power not greater than 50 MW; - steam turbines with a power greater than 50 MW but with a speed of - units covered in -2); - rotary compressors; - industrial gas turbines not exceeding 3 MW; - generators; - electric motors of all types; - blowers or blowers. The following machines do not belong to the scope of this part: - land-mounted turbogenerators with a power greater than 50 MW, whose speed is 1 500 r/min, 1 800 r/min, 3 000 r/min, 3 600 r/min ( See ISO 10816-2); - gas turbines with a power greater than 3 MW (see ISO 10816-4); - hydroelectric power plants and pumping station units (see ISO 10816-5); - machines coupled to reciprocating machines ( see ISO 10816-6); - rotodynamic pumps containing an integrated electric motor, e.g. an impeller mounted directly on the motor shaft or rigidly connected to it (see ISO 10816-7); - rotary compressors (e.g. screw compressors); - reciprocating compressors; - reciprocating pumps; - submersible electric pumps; - wind turbines. The vibration criteria in this part are applicable to the wide-band vibration measurement performed on-site on machine bearings, bearing housings or machine bases within the rated operating speed and under stable operating conditions. They relate to acceptance tests and operational monitoring. The evaluation criteria in this section apply to both continuous and discontinuous monitoring situations. This standard covers machines with gears or rolling bearings, but does not deal with the diagnostic evaluation of the condition of these gears or rolling bearings. This section applies only to the vibration generated by the machine itself, not to the vibration transmitted to the machine from an external vibration source.
