Scope
This standard specifies the criteria for the measurement and evaluation of vibrations on non-rotating parts of hydroelectric power plants and pumping station units. This standard is applicable to vibration measurement and evaluation on bearings, bearing brackets or bearing housings under normal working conditions of hydroelectric power plants and pumping station units. This standard carries out the measurement and evaluation criteria of vibration on non-rotating parts from two aspects, one is the vibration value of steady-state operation, and the other is the vibration change that may occur during steady-state operation. The specified values are not used for vibration evaluation. The only basis, because the evaluation of the vibration state of the machine usually considers two aspects of the vibration of the shaft and the vibration of the bearing seat (see the introduction of GB/T 6075.1 and GB/T ll348.1). This standard is applicable to hydroelectric power plants and pumping station units, whose rated speed is (60-1800) r/min, the type of bearing pad is cylindrical or block bearing, and the power of the main engine is greater than or equal to 1 MW. The position of the axis can be vertical, horizontal, or at any angle to either direction. The unit applicable to this standard has the following combinations: a) water turbine and water turbine generator; b) water pump and motor running as a motor; C) water pump-water turbine and motor-generator. Including auxiliary equipment (such as starting turbine or exciter on axis). At present, this standard only applies to the main bearings of the unit. This standard also applies to turbines or pumps connected to generators or electric motors through gear or radial elastic couplings. However, this type of motor should mainly be evaluated using the criteria specified in GB/T 6075.3. This standard does not apply to the following machines: a) pumps on thermal power plants or industrial equipment (see GB/T ll348.3); b) hydraulic machines with rolling bearings. The purpose of determining the vibration of bearing housings of hydroelectric power plants and pumping station units is consistent with GB/T 6075.1, namely: a) Task A: Monitoring changes in vibration performance; b) Task 8: Preventing excessive dynamic loads. This criterion is mainly used for the vibration generated by the unit itself. When necessary, special consideration should also be given to the vibration transmitted to the unit from the external vibration source.
