Scope
This standard specifies manual sampling and measurement techniques for monitoring particulate matter and gaseous pollutants in exhaust gases emitted from fixed pollution sources such as flues, chimneys, and exhaust stacks, as well as portable instrument monitoring methods. Corresponding provisions are made for the preparation for stationary source exhaust gas monitoring, the measurement of exhaust gas emission parameters, the sampling and determination methods of particulate matter and gaseous pollutants in the exhaust, and the quality assurance of monitoring. This standard is applicable to environmental monitoring stations at all levels, industrial and corporate environmental monitoring professional institutions and environmental scientific research departments to monitor the emission of waste gas pollutants from fixed pollution sources, monitor the environmental acceptance of completed construction projects, monitor the treatment effect of pollution prevention and control facilities, and monitor continuous smoke emissions. Monitoring system verification monitoring, research monitoring of clean production processes and pollution prevention and control technologies, etc.
