Scope
This standard stipulates the maximum allowable emission limits of air pollutants in thermal power plants according to time periods, and is applicable to the emission management of existing thermal power plants and the environmental impact assessment, design, completion acceptance and emission management of thermal power plant construction projects after completion and operation. This standard applies to coal-fired power boilers with a single output of 65t/h or more except for layer-burning furnaces and coal thrower furnaces; pulverized coal power boilers of various capacities; single oil-fired power boilers with a single output of 65t/h or more; capacity of gas turbine units for thermal power plants. Power generation boilers with a single output of 65t/h or more that use biomass fuels such as bagasse, sawdust, bark, etc., shall be implemented in accordance with the pollutant emission control requirements for thermal power boilers that use coal gangue as the main fuel for comprehensive utilization of resources in this standard. This standard does not apply to thermal power plants of various capacities that use domestic garbage and hazardous waste as fuel.
