1.1 This standard specifies the continuous monitoring of particulate matter CEMS, gaseous pollutants (including S0, NO, etc.) CEMS and related exhaust parameters (oxygen content, etc.) in the Continuous Emissions Monitoring System (CEMS) of fixed pollution sources. The main technical indicators of the system (Continuous Monitoring System CMS), testing items, installation location, debugging and testing methods, acceptance methods, daily operation management, daily operation quality assurance, data review and reporting data format. 1.2 This standard applies to CEMS of stationary pollution sources such as thermal power plant boilers, industrial/civilian boilers, and industrial furnaces that use solid or liquid as fuel or raw materials. 1.3 Domestic waste incinerators, hazardous waste incinerators and stationary pollution source CEMS using gas as fuel or raw material can refer to this standard.
