Scope

This standard specifies the ex-factory thermal efficiency of coal-fired, oil-fired, gas-fired and electric-heated domestic boilers and the thermal test methods for domestic boilers. This standard applies to the following stationary domestic boilers that use coal, oil, and gas as fuel or heat with electric energy and use water as the medium. a) Steam boilers with rated working pressure less than or equal to 1.0MPa and rated evaporation less than 1t/h; b) Pressurized hot water boilers with rated thermal power less than 0.7MW; c) Atmospheric hot water boilers and vacuum phase change hot water boiler. This standard does not apply to waste heat boilers and boilers that do not use water as a medium.
