Scope: This standard gives guidelines for the selection, installation, commissioning, calibration and inspection of hybrid tank measuring systems (HTMS), through which the liquid level, static mass, gauge volume and Standard volume and metering density and standard density to meet the needs of oil transfer metering. In transfer measurement, the volume number or mass number of the oil used is determined by the user, but this standard still includes analysis and examples of relevant uncertainties, the purpose is to help users correctly select the component configuration of the HTMS to achieve the expected measurement indicators . This standard applies to stationary vertical cylindrical oil tanks, the Reid vapor pressure (RVP) of the stored oil is lower than 103.42kPa. This standard does not apply to pressure tank or tank gauging.
