Scope: This part of GB/T 4909 specifies the test equipment, test piece preparation, measurement procedures, test results and evaluation, etc. for the winding test of bare wires. This part is suitable for measuring the coiling of round cross-section conductors such as copper, aluminum and its alloys, and bimetallic wires with a nominal diameter d of 0.3 mm to 10.0 mm, and special-shaped cross-section conductors (such as contact wires, etc.) with a characteristic size α≤20.0 mm. performance. This test method is to wind the test piece around a test rod with a specified diameter for a specified number of turns. Observe the changes it indicates. The winding method can be repeated winding or one-time winding. This section should be used together with GB/T 4909.1-2009.
