Scope

This part of GB/T 4909 specifies the test equipment, sample preparation, measurement procedures, test results and evaluation, etc. for the continuity test of the ammonium persulfate coating. This section is applicable to test the continuity of metal plating (such as tin, silver, nickel, etc.) on the surface of copper conductors. This part is equivalent to GB/T 4909.10-2009, but no matter what method is used, it shall meet the requirements of the product standard for metal coating. This section should be used together with GB/T 4909.1-2009.
