Scope: This part gives the guiding principles and implementation methods of risk analysis and risk evaluation for electrical equipment risk assessment according to GB/T 22696.1-2008. Risk analysis includes the identification of constraints and sources of hazards and their identification methods. The intended users of this section are designers, technicians or safety standards experts who integrate safety into the design, manufacture, installation, maintenance or improvement of equipment. In addition to being applicable to the safety risk assessment in the design stage, manufacturing and trial process, this section can also be used to conduct safety risk assessment in the technical improvement of electrical equipment, or to evaluate existing electrical equipment, and at any time, such as in Carry out a risk assessment in the event of an accident or failure.
