This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life of food additive cold ground lemon oil. This standard is applicable to the analysis and evaluation of the quality of the food additive cold-grind lemon oil obtained from lemon (Citrus limon L.) fruit through cold grinding and refining.
