This part of GB 22380 applies to fuel tankers installed at gas stations (hereinafter referred to as "fuel tankers"), which add liquid fuel to vehicles, ships, light aircraft or mobile tanks with a flow rate not greater than 200L/min, and Use or store liquid fuel under the environment of -20°C~+40°C (if the temperature exceeds this range, other measures should be taken and negotiated between the manufacturer, the user, and the inspection agency). This section deals with the main hazards, degrees of hazards and hazardous events associated with these devices when the dispenser is used under normal operating conditions and conditions foreseeable by the manufacturer (see Chapter 4). This part specifies the safety requirements for equipment selection, structure and performance. This section does not provide for noise and hazards associated with transportation and installation. This section does not include requirements for measurement methods. This section does not consider oil and gas recovery.
