- This part of GB/T 17680 specifies the maintenance criteria for emergency response capabilities of the province (autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government) where the nuclear power plant is located, mainly including maintenance of emergency plans and execution procedures, maintenance of emergency resources, personnel training and emergency drills and other activities that should be followed guidelines.
