- This standard specifies the maintenance criteria for the emergency response capability of the province (autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government) where the nuclear power plant is located, mainly including the maintenance of emergency planning and execution procedures, maintenance of emergency resources, personnel training and emergency drills and other activities to be followed.
