- This standard specifies the criteria that the off-site emergency functions and emergency organizations of the province (autonomous region, municipality) where the nuclear power plant is located to deal with nuclear accidents of the nuclear power plant should meet. This standard is applicable to the off-site emergency plan, preparation and emergency response of the province (autonomous region, municipality) where the nuclear power plant is located to deal with the nuclear accident of the nuclear power plant.
