Scope: This standard specifies the environmental conditions, performance requirements, technical measures to be taken and inspection and certification principles for plateau type internal combustion engine power plants used in plateau areas above 2000m in altitude. This standard applies to various types (power frequency (50Hz), intermediate frequency (400Hz), dual frequency (50/400Hz), DC) internal combustion engine power stations.
