Scope
This standard stipulates the discharge limits of water pollutants in the production process of heterocyclic pesticides imidacloprid, triadimefon, carbendazim, paraquat, xilorazine, and fipronil. This standard applies to the pollutant discharge control and management of imidacloprid, triadimefon, carbendazim, paraquat, atrazine, and fipronil technical production enterprises, as well as the environmental impact assessment of construction projects and the design of environmental protection facilities for construction projects , Completion acceptance and emission management during the operation period. This standard is also applicable to the supervision and management of the pollutant discharge of production enterprises by the environmental protection administrative department. This standard is only applicable to the discharge of water pollutants permitted by law. The site selection of newly established heterocyclic pesticide industrial enterprises and the management of existing pollution sources in special protection areas shall be in accordance with the "Water Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China", "Marine Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" and "Environmental Impact The relevant provisions of the Evaluation Law and other laws are implemented. The water pollutant discharge control requirements stipulated in this standard are applicable to the discharge behavior of enterprises to surface water bodies. The emission concentration limits of atrazine and fipronil also apply to discharges to urban drainage systems with sewage treatment plants; when existing enterprises discharge other water pollutants to urban drainage systems with sewage treatment plants, the discharge control requirements shall be determined by miscellaneous Environmental pesticide industrial enterprises and urban sewage treatment plants agree or implement relevant standards based on their sewage treatment capacity, and report to the local environmental protection authority for record; when construction projects plan to discharge water pollutants into urban sewage drainage systems with sewage treatment plants, Emission control requirements shall be determined or implemented by the construction unit and the urban sewage treatment plant, and shall be approved by the competent environmental protection department that has approval authority according to law.
