Scope
1.1.1 This standard applies to impact turbines, impact turbines, reversible pump turbines, energy storage pumps, and also to the mechanical parts of generators or motors connected to them. 1.1.2 This standard applies to the vibration and pulsation tests of hydraulic machinery, and the measurement results can fully reflect the general vibration conditions of the unit. It can be used to evaluate the vibration condition of the unit, the change of vibration characteristics during the service life and the vibration level under normal operating conditions, provide technical basis for the design, manufacture and installation quality of hydraulic machinery, and put forward suggestions that are beneficial to the operation of the unit. Provide basis for fault diagnosis and accident analysis and improve unit vibration and pulsation level. If some important parts are found to have strong local vibration (resonance) during the test, additional targeted test methods should be used to conduct more in-depth test research on the relevant parts, and the test should also be carried out with reference to the principles proposed in this standard . 1.1.3 The specific test content and measurement items should be determined through consultation with relevant parties with reference to this standard. On a specific unit, the test content, measurement items, location and quantity of measuring points, etc. depend on the structural type of the unit, the specific conditions and importance of the equipment, and it is not required to measure all the items listed in this standard in every case. 1.2 Objective To determine a unified vibration and pulsation test method, measurement method and test data processing method, so that the measurement results are consistent and comparable among different types of hydraulic machinery of the same type. 1.3 Excluded content 1.3.1 This standard does not include various purely commercial issues. 1.3.2 This standard does not cover specific vibration and pulsation tests for research purposes. 1.3.3 This standard generally does not include the vibration and pulsation tests of the laboratory model and the unassembled parts of the real machine in the factory. However, when testing some similar characteristic parameters of the prototype and the model unit, the test relative parts of the prototype and the model should be as consistent as possible and comply with this standard. 1.3.4 This standard does not include the vibration measurement of civil structures and the pulsation measurement of gas parameters. 1.3.5 This standard does not include recommendations for determining the cause of vibration and resolving it. 1.3.6 This standard does not cover the measurement and analysis of hydromechanical acoustic effects (noise). 1.3.7 In a hydropower station, the turbine speed control system may cause fluctuations in hydraulic, mechanical or electrical parameters. However, this standard does not include the relevant regulations on the artificial disturbance test of the governor system.
