This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and naming, requirements, test methods, test rules, signs, labels, packaging, transportation and storage of polytetrafluoroethylene corrugated pipe expansion joints (hereinafter referred to as expansion joints). This standard is applicable to polytetrafluoroethylene as the flow-through part, the nominal pressure PN is not greater than 1.6MPa, the nominal size DN25mm ~ 1000mm, and the medium is sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, benzene, alkali, aqua regia, and organic solvents of various concentrations. It is an expansion joint that is highly corrosive to gases and liquids such as reducing agents and reducing agents, and has an operating temperature of -50°C to 180°C. It acts as a flexible compensation for pipelines. This standard does not apply to expansion joints with molten alkali metal sodium and potassium, chlorine trifluoride and gaseous fluorine media.
