Scope: This standard specifies the product classification, inspection requirements, inspection content, inspection methods, and inspection rules for rake winches for coal mines (hereinafter referred to as "winches"). This standard applies to motor-driven winches for raking and transporting coal or ore on slopes with a horizontal and inclination angle not greater than 44°. It does not apply to winches for lifting or transporting personnel.
