This standard specifies the basic technical requirements and test methods for food machinery. This standard applies to special machinery and equipment for food processing. General machinery and equipment for food processing that have an impact on food hygiene are also applicable to this standard. General machinery and equipment for food processing that have no impact on food hygiene are not applicable to this standard.
