Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of oxygen-free copper tubes for magnetrons. This standard applies to oxygen-free copper tubes for microwave magnetrons, high-fidelity communications, conductance, and high-vacuum components.
