Scope: This part specifies the name, content, compilation format, and requirements for submitting documents and reports related to structural strength and stiffness that should be compiled during the development, improvement, and modification of new UAVs. This part applies to unmanned aerial vehicles with fixed wings and adjustable fixed wings: applicable to newly developed, improved, modified or repurposed unmanned aerial vehicles. This part is one of the basis for UAV ordering, design and verification, and signing of development contract. Special requirements for specific models shall be implemented in accordance with the development task book or contract. This section does not apply to micro UAVs and UCAVs.
