Scope: This part specifies the structural strength and stiffness design requirements for UAVs, as well as the principles to be followed in order to achieve these requirements. This part applies to unmanned aerial vehicles with fixed wings and adjustable fixed wings: applicable to newly developed, improved, modified or repurposed unmanned aerial vehicles. This section does not apply to micro UAVs and non-entry fighters.
