Scope

This chapter of GB/T 19212.1-2003 is replaced by the following content: This part specifies the safety requirements for various aspects of transformers (eg electrical, temperature and mechanical aspects). This section applies to stationary or mobile, single-phase or multi-phase, air-cooled (natural cooling or forced cooling), supporting or independent, isolation or safety isolation transformers for construction sites. Its rated power supply voltage does not exceed 1000V, and its rated frequency does not exceed 500Hz. The rated output shall not exceed: - 25kVA for single-phase transformers; - 40kVA for multi-phase transformers. The no-load output voltage and rated output voltage of isolation transformers for construction sites exceed 50V but do not exceed AC 250V. The no-load output voltage and rated output voltage of safety isolation transformers for construction sites shall not exceed AC 50V. When the transformer is installed in the low-voltage switchgear and control set for construction sites as specified in GB 7251.4-1009, the additional requirements in GB 7251.4-1998 also apply to the complete set of equipment. This section applies to dry-type transformers. Its windings can be hermetically sealed or unsealed. This standard applies to transformers containing electronic circuits. This standard does not apply to external circuits and components intended to be connected to transformer input terminals and output terminals or sockets.
