Scope: This standard specifies the test method for the determination of trace metal copper, zinc, nickel, sodium, potassium in electronic grade water by flameless (or flame) atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Flameless atomic absorption spectrophotometry is suitable for the determination of trace metals in 1~Ⅲ electronic grade water. The detection limit of the method is lower than 10^-7%. Flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry is suitable for the determination of trace metals in Ⅳ electronic grade water.
