Scope

This part of GB/T 11446 specifies trace fluoride ions (F^-), chloride ions (Cl^-), nitrite ions (NO^-₂), bromide ion (Br^-), nitrate ion (NO^-₃), phosphate ion (PO³₄^-), sulfate ion (SO²₄^-) ion chromatography test method. This part is applicable to the determination of trace fluoride ions, chloride ions, nitrite ions, bromide ions, nitrate ions, phosphate ions and sulfate ions in electronic grade water, where the detection limits are 0.7 μg/L and 0.8 μg /L, 1 μg/L, 1 μg/L, 1 μg/L, 1 μg/L and 1 μg/L.
