GB/T 5413.5-1997 Milk powder and formula foods for infant and young children--Determination of lactose, sucrose and total sugars contents (English Version)
This standard specifies the methods for the determination of sugars by high-pressure liquid chromatography, the Lein-Enon method and the enzyme-colorimetric method. Method 1 of this standard is applicable to the determination of various sugars in formula food for infants and young children and milk powder; Method 2 is applicable to the determination of whole milk powder, whole milk powder with added sugar, skimmed milk powder and other milk containing only lactose and sucrose in total sugar Determination of lactose, sucrose and total sugar in powdered products; Method 3 is applicable to the determination of sucrose in infant formula and milk powder.
