Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of silicon polycrystalline. This standard is applicable to semiconductor-grade polycrystalline silicon obtained by hydrogen reduction of trichlorosilane tetrachloride. The product is mainly used to prepare silicon single crystal.
