Scope
This standard specifies the control requirements, monitoring and supervision and management requirements for air pollutant emissions from onshore oil and gas exploitation industries. This standard is applicable to the air pollutant discharge management of existing onshore oil and gas exploration industrial enterprises or production facilities, as well as the environmental impact assessment, environmental protection facility design, completed environmental protection acceptance, and pollutant discharge permit of onshore oil and gas exploration industrial construction projects.
