This document describes methods for the determination of manganese in ferromanganese, manganese-silicon alloys, ferromanganese nitride and manganese metal by potentiometric titration, ammonium nitrate oxidative titration and perchloric acid oxidative titration. This document is applicable to the determination of manganese content in ferromanganese, manganese-silicon alloy, ferromanganese nitride and manganese metal. The determination range (mass fraction): 50.00%~98.00%. Method 1 is not applicable to the determination of manganese content in ferromanganese, manganese silicon alloy, ferromanganese nitride and metallic manganese with chromium and vanadium content (mass fraction) greater than 0.4%.
